The Member of Parliament for Bufumbira North, Mr Philip Ntacyotugira, has said the seventh Parliament needs prayers since it has reached a critical stage of discussing the White Paper.
"We are approaching a critical stage. We need your prayers. This is the time the laws we make will build this country or destroy it," Ntacyotugira said.
damn right ..you need prayers ! we are tired and have had enough of your kind..with your NRM lies and propaganda ..more over you and your kind have run our country down the drain. there will definitaly be an answer to your actions come what may! as to opening "political space" your options were pretty much limited !!

Ntacyotugira, also the Movement coordinator for Kisoro district, was discussing the Cabinet White Paper with residents of Kirundo sub-county recently.
He appealed to the people to support the NRMO under the leadership of President Yoweri Museveni.
He said the government had opened political space because members of the opposition had complained claiming that they had been forced in the Movement.

He said the general registration of the members of the NRMO would start late this month or early December.
He appealed to the general public to register under the Movement.
