Kabonero,

Let us be honest for the sake of our beloved nation. I can categorically state and be quoted that Milton Obote has never in anyway been a part of the so-called FOBA. The truth of the matter is FOBA was a creation of the NRM in order to persecute UPC leaders in various parts of Uganda and divert attention from the failed economic policy of BARTER TRADE. Obote has had a long political career in which he has contested and won elections unlike some people I know whose rise to power (and maintenance thereof) is by the use of force.

  1. AIMS OF THE REVOLUTION
1.1    REMOVAL OF UPC/OBOTE'S DICTATORSHIP BY FORCE OF ARMS

1.2    THE ESTABLISHMENT, BY FORCE IF NECESSARY OF A ONE PARTY "POPULAR   DEMOCRACY" IN UGANDA UNDER THE NRM.
Do you not feel ashamed of the fact that after monopolising power for 18 years the NRM/Movement/NRM-O is still using FORCE even against unarmed MPs? I think despite your bravado on the net, your bosses are well aware that the NRM has extreme fundamental difficulties in performing in a competitive environment despite your shouting yourself hoarse on all the much trumped "achievements" of the NRM.

Furthermore, you as a [p]sychophant you may be justified in your utterances but as a Government officer in the Foreign Service it is grossly wrong to claim to have defeated an adversary with whom your Government has signed a peace accord. I am not referring to the UNLA under Bazilio Okello (Smith Opon Acak was already in exile) but isn't true that the NRM recently signed a peace accord with Ali Bamuze? This is not a conducive attitude in fostering peace. In your list you have included the LRA, if you have defeated the LRA why the ceasefire and negotiations? Unless ofcourse you need to have wars in order to continue as it is clear to all "armchair analysts" that without war the NRM will simply implode.

The Fugee

PS Have there been any battles between the PRA and UPDF? Has it been in the news and I missed it? Or could it be that like many things brought or bought by the NRM it falls in the category of 'air supply'. >From what I have read in the newspapers many Reform Agenda members have suffered a similar fate to UPC members when FOBA was created to persecute them.
