Kony is a tyrant,a terrorist who should never be engaged in any kind of peace talks.He has failed to cooperate in the past,do you now think that he has got a new dream? The only option now is to use an iron hand.TheU.Nsecurity council should send peace-keeping troops to northern uganda.Maffias can as well be hired to kill or capture kony alive.Government should come out and show the willingness to end the war not by submitting to the idea of peace talks but by allowing the idea of foreign MILLITARY intervention.The war in the north should not be seen as something normal.Where kids are seen sucking their dead mothers breasts shows real disaster.Its time to say no to the situation that has denied our brothers &sisters the peace that we enjoy here in wherever else we are.
