This is pure hogwash! The NRM is not going to punish the so called UPDF soldiers who have committed crimes aginst our people. The best they can and have often done is to make it appear as if justice is being done by prosecuting a handful of UPDF soldiers.. The majority who commit crimes against humanity simply wlk away!..this is a fact..so I really do not know what this Vahida is talking about!!!
