If what we are reading in the Ugandan media about the activities of Members of Parliament in the NRA/M7 dominated parliament is true, then Uganda as a State is in great danger of either disintegrating or causing a very worst political situation in the future. The political situation in Uganda is not different from the one of Somalia under the late SIAD BARRE when there was an ongoing war in the northern part of that country � later called Somaliland until today. But let us not forget that the Siad Barre�s Parliament had turned out to be like a Church or a Mosque for just worshipping only SIAD BARRE hence the collapsed of that country! There were very many international donor countries led by the US on the other front against the Communist Russian during the Cold war, but they only have to leave the people of Somalia kill themselves
