My compliments on the choice of article. May I suggest that the general African culture, as is the case with cinematography and the overall infrastructural problems; will persist in the continued absence of a common truly democratic (that is a socio-economic democracy, not just a mere semblance of politcal democracy) structure and system to harness Africa's tremendous material and human resources.
