Ssemuju and Lukyamuzi don't even merit the description of toothless lions. Quite simply, they'll never make a serious impact on Mu7. In fact they further his cause, insofar as they support his mirage of a democratic opposition.
Sir Bob, if he converts more donors to his cause, will hit Mu7 smack below the belt. Not only will he (Mu7) run out of money to keep his stooges happy, the economy - and society - will be plunged into deeper chaos as multinationals withdraw their business (recall how the withdrawal of multinationals catalysed the fall of apartheid in SA).
This is why Sir Bob's comments have set the government spokesmen running round like headless chickens whereas Lukyamuzi's would have been dismissed as the latest comical stunt.
