Fellow Citizens:
Even after 20 or so years in a Yoweri Museveni/ NRM imposed political limbo, I am deeply touched that many of our fellow citizens and UPC supporters would turn up in very large numbers in Lira city to attend a UPC Rally.
Many of you have suffered, are very poor, discouraged knocked down e.t.c, under the NRM military dictatorship.
One would think that under the circumstances, you would probably not even bother to show up at a UPC political rally. But with courage you have. More Glory and Honor to You the people of Uganda and UPC supporters. Keep hope for the better.
