The District Chairman of the Uganda People's Congress (UPC), Mr Nelson Umah Tete, has said members of the Constitutional Steering Commission (CSC) are dictators.
"The current leadership is manipulating the UPC constitution to rig elections during the delegates' conference," he said in an interview recently.
Tete's claims come after the CSC stopped him from mobilising and recruiting new members into the party.
The CSC called Tete's recruitment exercise meddling into the party's elections programme.
