Omwanga... AbanaUganda..Omussaja Nga Agudde Dalu!!!.. The man , as if  engaged in Lok Minge, seem to think that  If you have "rough skin" you are "kony"..and if you have smooth skin you are UPDF. What kind of nonsense is this my friend.  Is this then Noc's logical analysis? Nen Dong Imate  ibongo Nngunyi !!
 
The man , continuing with his nonsense, claims that the pope reffered to Northern Ugandans as people with "rough Skin, and southern Ugandans as people with smooth skin.  I know people from Budo, Kyadondo, Mawokota    who are as black as a hutu with very "rough skin" ..so this people are , according to Noc, potential "kony"?

So now Okutu Del Coli can tell the difference between "LRA Rebels" and UPDF Soldiers based on how their skins looks!!! I am yet to determine how the skin of a man or woman from the Bush looks. Their skin l ook like of those from the bush. Talk like from the bush. See even Africans coming to Europe, new arrivals look different. An over class Ugandan who in Uganda the poor think look more exotic, looks rough when fresh in Europe.
