This then is what caused Luwero and the sufferings our people endured in Luwero and continue to endure today in Northern Uganda. We can come to this conclusion if we look at Uganda's Politics Objectively based on the facts rather then letting emotions cloud our interlectual reasoning capability.
Indeed, the War in Northern Uganda, as I have pointed out numerous times was started by none othen then Yoweri Museveni Kaguta. The war continues because of Museveni's propensity or rather love for violence.
Now the regime in Kampala is talking about yet more wars in West Nile region of Uganda..mbhu the UPDF is has established some force called West Nile Rapid Army of something like that...to fight PRA " rebels".
And yet you and I know that the so called "PRA rebels" only exist in the Imagination of the NRM. Even former Museveni Buddies in London , agree that PRA exist only in Museveni's imagination.
The regime , however, would like to use the the existence of PRA as an excuse to stifle Ugandan Opposition members/groups from activly participating in Uganda Politics.
All it take is to acusse politicans from the oppositions that they are f collaborating with "pra" rebels.!!!..Then one is simply haul away to Luzira for an indefinate detention and possible charge with "treason" th epenalty of which is death! Any smart thinking politician , under the circumstance, will most definately withdraw into obscurity for fear of death..never to be heard from again.This then is the NRM trrick!
