Museveni addresses rally at FDC offices in Kabale town |

KABALE President Yoweri Museveni on Thursday surprised residents when he preferred to address his supporters in front of the FDC party offices on the Kabale-Katuna Road on his way form Rwanda. �It�s a big achievement for the FDC supporters of Kabale to host the President of Uganda. I don�t imagine Museveni has ever stood at any of our branch offices,� the Kabale FDC official in charge of recruitment, Mr Julius Tituryebwa, said. He said this was a sign that Museveni is not against FDC supporters. But the Kabale RDC, Lt. James Mwesigye, said Museveni�s visit was determined by his supporters who asked him to address them. �The FDC agents were over whelmed by the large number of people who turned up to wave to the President. They are saying all this just to cover up themselves,� Mwesigye said. Museveni thanked the gathering for the support they are demonstrating for the Movement and promised to visit the area soon.
