You have always been very wrong in your articulation that this regime is
the most venormious to Baganda than most Buganda dare admait. Hear we go. I
wonder what the "ebyafe jubilators" have to say about this. I will wait for
..... to say something. If not they should wallow queitly in shame. I am
helping them out at point by not naming names yet but they know themselves.

MENGO is angry at the central government over alleged allocation of tracts of
the Kabaka's land in Kiboga to Rwandese refugees. The land, part of the famous
9,000 square miles, has also been allocated to senior UPDF officers, district
councillors and
officials.

lacks powers over the said 9,000 square miles. "Government instead gave the
land to districts under the district land boards which have not done enough to
protect it" he
said.
