Your comments seem to indicate that late comrade Garang's demise is
inconsequential to our country. As events in the near future may prove, Ndugu
Garang meant a lot to our country's future.

to assuage your feelings and anxieties about Dr. Garang's visit to Uganda. It
would be most unpatriotic for you to write the epitaph that Garang had come to
Uganda for personal matters!
