Cops search for missing NUMC doctor

Nassau County police are looking for a missing Nassau University Medical Center emergency room surgeon, who they believe disappeared under suspicious circumstances.
Dr. Joseph Kazigo was reported missing by the staff at NUMC, located in East Meadow, after he failed to show up for two shifts earlier this week.
The hospital today said Kazigo has been an emergency room surgeon since 1998. They notified police when he failed to show up f or work this week.
Nassau police have set up a crime scene investigation at 713 Pleasant Avenue in Westbury, a location where Kazigo was known to have stayed on occasion.
