Subject: [rwandanet] Made in USA Netters,
This time when hurricane Katrina has devastated three
states of Amercia, the world community is trying to help. What is intersting
here is that US administration refuses to get the direct aid from goverments.
They are asked to do so through Internation Red Cross. Propaganda
should not occupy the first place before saving
victim's. Let's hope US Administration will always use NGOs(neutral
option) to help people in danger throughout the world without
using his Made in USA.
