And, as a Ugandan Swede, I enjoy communications with the Embassy. I see it that it is my right. But do not waste your energy. Read the whole Friday instead.

It was not the Ambassador who specifically saw to it that I was kept out. IT WAS THEIR SATANIC VAMPIRE CHEERBENCHERS.

The ambassador's mistake was that he was very wrongly informed. He was misinformed. He entrusted the very people whose outspoken interest was to sabotage the meeting with the task of informing the Acoli community in Sweden. That was a big mistake. The community never got informed.

But as said read me Friday. TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY.

He who claims legitimate mandate to make decisions on my behalf has OBLIGATIONS to inform me and answer to my grievances.

I on my part have RIGHTS to know.

So I am listing them out by names to account for the decision they made on my behalf.

Okutu, apparently , was waiting for some Acholi leader or is it leaders in Sweden to "officially" invite him to the meeting before he could attend the said meeting. ....and because the leader(s) did not invite him, our friend, Okutu is now having a cow ( figure of _expression_) ..and throwing tandrums all over the place.Typical mentality quiet common among Ugandans, I reckon.

Of course fellow ciitizens, you must have heard of Kampala Mayor Ssebana Kizito's behaviour. I hear the man Jammed...and started throwing tanderums!!... Mbhu because he was not Invited to sit at the high table with the Nabereka!!!!

Matek do not talk about whether or not I am bitter or whether or not I was not invited. Talk about whether or not you believe things were correctly done.

We are going to hang them up by names. That is transparency and accountability.

Now that you mentioned it, WHY WAS I NOT INVITED? WHY WAS NO ACOLI INVITED? HOW WERE THOSE INVITED, INVITED? WHO INVITED THEM? I have the full text of the ambassador's letter and I also communicate with them

I take it you are just bitter because you were not invited. We are tired of this Mourning and wimpering here on Ugandanet!!!!!...Mbhu because Noc was not invited to meet the daligasiony. In any case , the reasoning goes, if this Movement people wanted Noc to be part of the Daligasiony, they would have sent a special invitation to Noc....... some thing like " Noc we are going to be in sweden on such and such date, we would like your presences at the meeting we will be holding to discuss the future of Uganda.!!.. You are strongly encourage to attended. At which point Noc would then proceed to meet the daligasion..right!!

For in the event the going gets rough, and a conflict arises, HOW THE HELL ARE WE GOING TO HAVE DIALOG UE WITH INTERESTS THAT ARE DISCRETE?!
I think you are a very big problem for the UPC. But that is not my business. You solve it from within.

On Friday, 26.August.2005, a masqueraded meeting for Acoli in Sweden was summoned at the ABF Center on Sveavägen 41 Stockholm. The Chairman of ASS had received an invitation to the Acoli community in Sweden.

Funny, an Acoli meeting for the general community without informing the general community?!?! Well, these days such do not belong to rarity.

I got to know about it from someone who knew someone who knew someone. So I invited myself. I got to know too, that the meeting was to DECIDE ON WHETHER OR NOT TO BOYCOTT THE UGANDAN DELEGATION. Yes, you read it correctly. A group of eight or nine decides that the Acoli community does not welcome the delegation. HOW??

At the meeting too, was folk from some Ugandan political interests. I thought this was an Acoli meeting. WHO INVITED THOSE NON-ACOLI POLITICAL INTEREST FUNCTIONARIES?!?

In what capacity and, as WHO / WHOM??

Yet, that was not bad enough. The non- Acoli at the Acoli meeting out numbered us. Some Acoli meeting , that.

Present were among others: Charles Kaggwa Ocitti, Mike Ocure Ocaya, Stephen Onekgiwu Ocaya, Apollo Lawoko, Rwot Bwongomono and two other youths from ASS and myself, of course. Completely out numbered by non Acoli at a meeting which was supposed to be for Acoli to plan and decide their reception!!!

The Ambassadors letter (copied to Lawoko) states clearly that the delegation wishes to have audience with Acoli. And, goes on to say similar meeting should be arranged in other cities as well for those communities who can not come to Stockholm.

I MADE SEVERAL COMMUNICATIONS WITH GOTHENBURG AND MALMÖ. Now you read and get amazed: THOSE ACHOLI COMMUNITY DO NOT (at least did not until I told them) KNOW ABOUT ANY SUCH VISIT.

Yet some one has already decided on their behalf that they boycott the delegation?!

At the meeting I insisted, protested any decision of forming of any committee without consensus.

You can not on the one hand say Musseveni should talk to Kony and you yourself boycott the same information opportunity.

You can not on the one hand want to make a speech and on the other call on people to boycott the meeting. Whom are you addressing then!?

You can not on the one hand talk about dialogue and on the other boycott opportunity for the same.

You can not talk about democracy and on the other hand go and make undemocratic decisions in the name of the Acoli community.

MOST IMPORTANTLY, you can not holler transparency, transparency, yet, go and make decision on my behalf without letting me know who you are.

I want to know who constituted the committee. I want to know their names. I want to know the text of the decision and I want to know entrusted the so called committee with the mandate?

Why did they not boycott Rukana Rugunda (27.August.2005)?!?!?Why should the FDC wish Acoli to boycott the Acoli minister when Samson Mande himself did not boycott Rukana Rogunda?!?!?

Some thing is not correct here. ACOLI IS BEING USED!!!

That is democracy and transparency.

Now I hear the delegation is already in Stockholm and we have not been inform about any programme. YET, WE ARE MANY WHO WANT TO MEET THE DELEGATION AND ARE CAPABLE OF ARRANGING AN AUDIENCE.

we want to know WHY AND WHO THE SO CALLED COMMITTEE IS!

OBVIOUSLY WE WELCOME THE UGANDAN DELEGATION just as we have always done.
