1. On his recent visit to the UN. the Ssabagabe's visa did notallow him
to leave NY, not even to Washington DC. In UK his vis did not allow him to
leave the airport so he stayed at a hotel v. near the airport.
2. The Ssabagabe had recently appointed some chap as amabassador to the
UN. Apparently, there has been a change of plans. The word is that a Mr.
Kamunanwire, believed to be somewhere in USA, is being brought back --
possibly because of #1 above.
Has the Ssabagabe reached the end of his rope to start
re-cycling ambassadors?
