The question to the British MP is simply: How come the British Government and Parliament allowed this kind of human suffering to continue for 20 years and counting? Museveni is a Blue eyed Boy of the British, and he listens to everything demand from # 10 downing street...That said, how come the British never advised the Museveni Military dictatorship in NO uncertain terms to resolve the the tragigy in Northern Uganda...sooner then later before many more hundreds of thousand of our fellow citizens lost their lives in this Bloody insurgency!!

That is the Questions I would like to ask this so called British MP!!

A British MP has suggested that Uganda offers a financial reward for the capture of LRA rebel leader Joseph Kony.

"The reward should not be more than US$1m (about sh1.8b). It will motivate those around Kony to hand him over," Mark Pritchard said.

He said this at a luncheon for a visiting delegation of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA) UK Branch hosted by their Ugandan counterparts at the Sheraton kampala Hotel on Friday.

"We were appalled by what we saw in the camps. This unimaginable suffering should be put to an end and the perpetrators brought to book," he said.

The delegation on Thursday flew to Gulu district, where they visited palenga camp, 10km from Gulu town.

Lord Haworth thomas, who travelled by bus "to get the feel of the situation," said the visit was revealing.

He said they would put pressure on the UK government, parliament and the international community to end the war.

"We also want them to commit more resources to the region and ensure that they are utilised efficiently," Thomas said.

The delegation was led by Baroness Hollis of Helingham, who said they were fortunate to visit the camp.

Speaker Edward Ssekandi regretted that the LRA insurgency had dragged on for almost two decades and hoped it would end soon to enable rehabilitation of northern Uganda.
