* And some Ugandans celebrate, along with the so-called election observers.
* Diminutive Mbeki, not suprisingly, congratulates the dictator (to protect SA interests!).
* * It is indeed a sad commentary for most ordinary Ugandans who wanted a change, and had hopes on the 'international community', but now must continue paying for mebership in the Commonwealth, AU, et al., the very same organizations who screwed them up. Fuck it!
