over whelming . Therefore, any Ugandan judge of good conscious, cannot but rule against Museveni in any pertition bought up by FDC leaders against Museveni for rigging the elections. Indeed , political obsevers are of the view that because of the very many irregularities partaining to the election of 2006, Uganda High court judge should and must declare the election of 2006, NULL AND VOID. Of course the people of Uganda are also aware that there are judges out there who pretty much have no conscience.&nbs

these Judges care about is nothing other then their stomach and comfort for them selves and their immediate families. Offered a little "C HAI or KITU KIDOGO", these judges will champion Museveni's cause and rule "correctly" as we have seen time and time again. After all Museveni and his NRM/O has embarrassed the courts in what many now see as a head on collision with the justices!! Dr Besigye, who lost the presidential election to Yoweri Museveni last week, has been accused by the army of terrorism and weapons offences. He also faces charges of rape and treason before a civilian high court. A higher court ruled the army had no jurisdiction to try a civilian on terror and weapons charges. The state is appealing against that case, and a Ugandan army spokesman has said in the meantime, the mil

court martial would continue. Dr Besigye's lawyer has described this move as "illegal harassment" of the opposition leader.
The Ugandan army has ordered Dr Besigye to appear in two weeks' time at a military court martial, where he faces charges of terrorism and weapons offences. but he is challenging the result. He says the results were manipulated and many of his supporters were prevented from casting their ballots.
