Looks like your man, Dr. Kizza Bwesigye is about to be cornered by "NRM VISIONARY LEADER" also known as Yoweri Nyaduwi Mucebeni.The irony is that there is nothing culu Bwesigye can do about it So much for the notion that Bwesiygye has the army behind him. ....!! Once culu Bwesigye is arrested and detained indefinately in Luzira..then what? Me think the so called FDC will die a natural death!!

THE General Court Martial has summoned former presidential candidate Col. Dr. Kizza Besigye to appear on March 15 over terrorism and illegal arms charges.
"We expect him to appear in court on the day fixed for the case," army spokesman Major Felix Kulayigye said yesterday.
The summons, delivered to Besigye's lawyers on March 1, followed the reinstatement by GCM of Besigye's name on the charge sheet in which he and 22 other suspects ar
e facing
terrorism and unlawful possession of firearms charges. Last week, Besigye's lawyers said they would not honour the army court's directives, which they accused of defying the Constitutional Court ruling that it had no power to try Besigye and the others.
The State has appealed in the Supreme Court against the ruling. Army court chief Gen. Elly Tumwine said the court had never dropped charges against Besigye.
Kulayigye said, "If Besigye is a law-abiding citizen, he is supposed to appear in court. If he doesn't, then the law will take its course."
On the stand taken by Besigye's lawyers who swore not to appear in court, Kulayigye said, "Unless these lawyers are from Mars. If they are on earth, they must know that this country has laws which must be respected."
On January 30, the Constitutional Court ruled that the army court has no powers to try the suspects on te
rrorism
charges.
The majority judgment of 4-1 followed a petition filed by the Uganda Law Society.
Besigye and 22 others were charged in the High Court on November 15 and in the GCM on November 22 last year.
Besigye and the other 22 are said to have procured and found in possession of unlawful weapons.

The weapons included 93 SMGs, four RPGs, three RPG shells, two hand grenades, 24 pieces of anti-personnel mines, 23 Uzi guns and 212 loose live ammunitions, the State said.
The High Court had instructed that GCM stops trying Besigye and the 22 others.
