Mr. Erik Mukiibi

Thank you for asking and answering your own question now we are going some where, and Kaggwa again forgot some thing else that bothered most of us in Luwero District as he compared The Movement killing its own people to un coordinated Movement of troops. He forgot to wonder how NRA got the skulls that were displayed in the entire district.

And for the sake of understanding this argument let us not worry about who killed the thousands of these people, let it be The National Resistance Movement or Uganda National Reberetion Army. Do not worry about that for now. We have the dead people, let us start from there. How did NRA get these skulls? If a person is buried in a Uganda ground, it takes that person at least five years to decompose, if they were in ground for five years it means that NRA knew exactly where all these individuals were buried, went back and exhumed them to get the skulls. And I find that very complicated to believe. There is no way any one can remember so many tombs to make such a collection. And even if we had some one who remembered exactly where all these people were buried, still  they had all to die in one day and then after five or for years be all exhumed and at one day to make such a collection of skulls. Now when you look at the Rwanda genocide very carefully, The Kagame's did not have such a time span as well to get such an amount of skulls from decomposed people. It makes one wonder how they all came together. And especially if the claim is that UNLA killed all those people, then logic must dictate that as UNLA was killing the people, NRA was watching to see the exact spot where this Ugandan is buried, mark that tomb and come back to dig it out to get  the skull. Now that becomes very interesting.

When we are still considering that fantasy, there is no known record of massive exhuming of tombs in Luwero.

Did NRA find alive people and kill them, decapitate them and take a head after burying the rest of it? Did they have a point where they pilled all these heads to decompose before being brought into the cross roads and churches?

Let us try another possibility. May be as the war was going on Ugandans were being killed and left un-buried. May be they were decomposing on top of the soil? That as well is complicated to understand because in most of wars, the fighters learn one basic thing, how to burry a dead person and fast. They have to learn how to dig a small hole and burry him/her, because they know that they have taken over that area and a decomposing body is very good at smelling so they do not want to get that smell every time they pass. It helps them also psychologically if they do not see the bodies every time they pass. Third, if the dead is their own they need to give him the respect as an assurance to the rest of the fighters that they will not be left for the Dogs. All tombs dug in a war zone must be left un marked, because you do not want to warn the enemy that you were in the area. So again the last paragraph becomes more complicated. Now if the bodies were left on the ground and decomposed, and NRM managed to stand all that smell through out the war, then it means they found the skeletons intact. Then a question comes to mind on what method was used to separate the skull from the rest of the Skelton. Skeletons stay intact until when disturbed. Does it mean that NRA was finding a whole body (Skelton) and breaking off its skull to take into the collection? If so what happened to the rest of the entire Skelton? Yes you have found a Skelton of Mr. so and so, and you have decided to break off its skull, what do you do with the rest of it? Did NRA find all these decomposed bodies and just decided to harvest only the skulls? Then if so did they have such a massive funerals in Luwero of the rest of the skeletons? So it means we have some where in Luwero grounds some decapitated skeletons in unknown graves? And are they available as well in Rwanda?

If NRA was so smart to remember the very spots where these Ugandans were buried to come back and harvest their skulls then they must be smart enough to remember where they buried the rest of these skeletons, can we know the tombs please to give our people a respected funerals?

Lastly if collecting these skulls and pilling them into schools and churches was done to let people know the price of violence, one can wonder why only skulls. If we want to teach the people about violence and we have decided to use such a brutal mean to demonstrate a point. A mean that despises our culture of respecting the dead. Why didn't they bring the entire bodies? Because it seems that although these gentlemen were in a war zone they had a time and a place to collect the skulls and bring them to places where the rest of us would see them. Why only a skull? You know if you bring he whole body, you do not have to decapitate the neck

These are some of the questions that The Movement fear to respond to, these are the questions that make us fail to get a public inqurely on the deaths of our people in Luwero. These are the questions killers like Paul Kagame refuse to be asked in a Rwanda inqurely.

But these are questions Ugandans like Kaggwa fail to recognize and instead they compare such brutality with Muwanga's uncoordinated movement of troops. A Ugandans like Erik Mukiibi who pass all that nonsense in our country and become English teachers. Like I said we need to thank Yoweri Museveni who has volunteered to lead Uganda this long for even at a million dollars a Month, nah I would pass. For you are a society that fails to see a bigger picture.

Good Morning Mr. Erik Mukiibi.
