A while back, Museveni's Vice-President was caught in a Ka-Hut  somewhere  in obba Kisubi doing his "thing" before the JAJA or is it LUBALI.  That now this Ssebunya man would represent the  " Vice President" can only begin to make sense!

Mr. Opoko,

If my understanding that Mr. Ssebunnya is a private citizen, how the heck does he get to represent the Vice President of Uganda at any function?

FORMER Buganda minister for health Robert Ssebunya has said he is joining traditional healers and herbalists to smoke pipes and ask spirits to help President Yoweri Museveni to win the election petition filed by Forum for Democratic Change leader Kizza Besigye.

Ssebunya was yesterday representing the Vice president Prof. Gilbert Bukenya at the swearing in ceremony of the new president of the National Traditional Healers and Herbalists Association, Ms Sylivia Namutebi, at Mengo Social centre.

Namutebi replaces late Ben Gulu, who passed away late last year. "Let me add my voice to that of the Rubaga RDC Fred Bamwine," Ssebunya said amid chanting.
"I appeal to you to continue smoking pipes (emindi). I have seen many women smoki ng the pipes and I ask them to teach me how to smoke so we can smoke until Museveni wins the election petition filed against him by Besigye."

Earlier, Bamwine requested the traditional healers to smoke the pipes harder to enable Museveni win the petition as they did during 2006 campaigns which he said contributed to Museveni's victory in the recently concluded presidential elections.

In February, hundreds of traditional healers and herbalists gathered at Nakivubo Blue P rimary school grounds and smoked pipes to enable Museveni win the just concluded elections.

Besigye has filed a pet ition in the Supreme Court challenging the declaration of Museveni as the winner of last month's presidential elections.
While Ssebunya was speaking, the healers were smoking pipes while chanting slogans, "Jaja Muwanga awangaze Kaguta."

In his speech, Bukenya commended the herbalists for supporting Museveni to win the Presidential elections.

"I congratulate you up on voting wisely in the Presidential elections which have returned Museveni to champion for your course in the next five years," he said. He asked them to take advantage of the innovation fund introduced by government.
