Mr.Director Robert Kabusenge, the NRM/O has been telling the people of Uganda during the period of 20 years and counting the some story you are now telling us in the year 2006. Mbhu the army has quote " reduced" the military capability of the LRA..what make you think that this time around the people of Uganda should and must believe you when and if you say what you say? My friend in the English language there is what is often reffered to as CREDIBILITY ( that is if I may educate you simply means when you state some thing you aatually mean it....You loss CREDIBILTY when you say something and it turns out to be false time and time . once you have lost CREDIBILITY... no sane Humanbeing tends
to believe you..they will always question your assertions. Member of the International Commuinty and Ugandans have reached the point whereby every assertions by the NRM/O is pretty much questions. Think about it my friend.
He said the report was misrepresenting the facts in northern Uganda.
An army statement said, "Life and work in Northern Uganda is steadily and surely returning to normalcy."
Speaking of screwed up NRM assertions... this then , fellow citizens, is what we are talking about. the NRM would rather have the people of Uganda and Members of the International Community believe in the notion that things are returning to normalcy in Northern / Eastern Uganda . This is so in spite of the fact that very many numerous international relief agencies with established phsically presence in Northern Uganda have time and time again come up with a report which
has been presented before the people of Uganda and members of the International Commuinty which states that the situation in Northern and Eastern Uganda is getting worst every single day for th epast 20 years!!!!
One can only begin to wonder aloud as to who the NRM is trying to convince that the situation in Northern /Eastern Uganda is geting better? the British, the Americans, Ugandans./ Perhaps they are trying to convince themselves in the NRM and some other NRM sycophants to believe in their own lies. But then again one need not convince NRM supporters and sycophants...after all they already believe in NRM propaganda pronoucements..
The statement signed by UPDF spokesman Major Felix Kulayigye added, "There is no more LRA to talk about, so those who talk about scaling our engagement with LRA are simply daydreaming."

Citizens if I may say so, It is the so called Major Felix Kulayigye who is day dreaming..what if the so called "rebels " cotinue to raise havoc 3 or 6 months from now? what is the Major going to tell the world? Will he resign or is he going to develop and come up with another lie!!
The Media Center also announced a new programme, the Joint Country Coordinating and Monitoring Committee on Northern Uganda, aimed at kick-starting rehabilitation and reconstruction. Fellow citizens it is pure stupidity of the highest order for some govenrnment civil servants to talk about I hear Rehabilitation and reconstruction of Northern and Eastern Uganda, even before the issue (: i.e Bring about peace for the whole Northern and Eastern Region) at hand has been resolved. The NRM needs to resolve the issue at hand before enaging on this stupid talk pf I hear Media Center this..Media center that!!!
