Another one of those NRM stupid comments. How do you begin to charge the whole population of Karamojong warriors .. I hear to terrorism? The warrior phenomenon involves tribes of the Karamojong...is this stupid woman trying to tell us that Yoweri Museveni NRM Dictatorship should try, for terrorism, the whole tribe of the Karamojong.? why do people open their mouth and say stupid staff!!! What the NRM needs to do ius to seek other means to resolve the Karamoja issue..and now engage in some cheap stupid prpaganda talk!

UGANDA Human Rights Commissioner Veronica Bichetero has said the Government should prosecute Karimojong cattle rustlers for terrorism and illegal possession of firearms.
Bichetero criticised the Government for failure to arrest and charge
in the courts of laws the warriors who are terrorising their neighbours.
Speaking at the launch of Lira district Human Rights Promotion and Protection (DHRP) sub-committees recently at Lira Hotel, Bichetero said all Ugandans' rights need to be protected by the government.
The sub-committees are to promote human rights awareness in internally displaced perssons (IDP) camps as the government prepares to resettle them.
Bichetero said human rights violation was rampant in northern Uganda where the activities of Karimojong and the LRA have brought insecurity and forced people to live in IDP camps.
"We don't want our people to continue living in camps. it is inhuman," she said.
UHRC officer for Karamoja George Ofoyuru said the region is among those with the highest rights abuses in the country.
Addressing
student teachers and tutors at Moroto primary teachers college recently, he said top among the abuses was depriving children of education and food.

"A lot of human rights abuses are committed in Karamoja by various institutions and individuals either knowingly or unknowingly," he said.
He blamed the rampant poverty in the region on the culture of producing too many children.
Ofoyuru urged the students to warn their relatives against rights abuse.
