Just before we wind up the week end for the sleep
(my time) let record show that Rwanda has ordered Counselor and Deputy Head of Mission, Arthur Katsigazi, 48 hours to leave
Kigali. Let record as well show that from all records I have there
has never been any nation giving a Uganda diplomat 48 hours to live or even
expel.
We will make further comments on this developing story as it
develops.
