I noticed that Cote D'Ivore ranks up there. But who is responsible? Is it
not the Western powers trying to force a foreigner-Quattara on the people of

It is likely that most of the so called failed states in Africa have also
been the very generous countries in hosting refugees. So does their "failed"
state have roots in their generosity? Put differently, why is it that most
of the so called failed states in Africa are the same countries that have
over the years hosted large numbers of refugees? Bluntly put, have refugees
abused the hospitalityof their hosts to the extent of trying to dominate
them "a case of serwajja okwotta......"
