Charles Ocitti Kaggwa (Executive of boy room desk organizations such as ACHOLI UNION, UMGRELLAGROUPEN, UGANDAN STEERING COMMITTEE etc), seems to have got it all wrongly.

There is reason to believe that his last derogation is nothing but an out-play for the Gallery maliciously intent to divert attention from his treacherously malicious manipulation of Acholi. To me, it is his tactics to elude scrutiny and ACCOUNTABILITY.

Firstly, I am an Acoli and he is a Muniyani. It is only foolish and laughable for him to suggest that I be removed from our puiblic debating forums.

SECONDLY, AND PERHAPS MOST IMPORTANTLY, if there is any democratically tenable basis for expelling a person or organization from the debate forums merely because they have utilized their freedom of opinion and association, the first to be penalized should be independent associations / personalities who act in the name of the general public but who evade DEMAND FOR ACCOUNTABILITY.

Thirdly, KAGGWA SEEMS INCAPABLE OF PERCEIVING THE SIMPLE BUT VERY VITAL DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AN INDIVIDUAL AND A PUBLIC PERSON / EXECUTIVE.

In his role as an executive of many "associations" who have usurped illegitimate mandate to act in the name of ACOLI AND PERHAPS EVEN THE LRA, he has to find himself in the reality of CONSTANTLY BEING SCRUTINIZED. That is just the way it should be!!! No nonsense about that. WE HAVE TO PLACE DEMAND and any legal entity acting on our behalf have to oblige that.

I am but an individual.He is an executive of an association claiming to acting on my behalf. I AM AN INDIVIDUAL WHO IS PARTICIPATING IN DECISIONS BEING MADE!!!

Cawa fud odiya. Abimede kwede with more evidences of manipulation of ACOLI.
