Fellow citizens:

If there is a singnificant issue facing our country which continues to demand immediate action, that issue  is the  detriorating situation our people are still subjected too   in Yowewri Museveni's concentrations camps of Northern and Eastern Uganda.

A while back Museveni's regime told members of the International Community  that the wars in Northern and Eastern Uganda are now over..and that now the UPDF is merely dealing with so called "kony" reminants.

Museveni also made a  promise to the world   that by the end of April 2006 "kony" would be history.

It is now mid June 2006. The wars in Northern and Eastern Uganda continues unabated. People continue to suffer tremendously in the camps of Northern and Eastern Uganda. in view of this: the question I would like to address to memebers of the Uganda so called 8th Parliament is: what or how can members of this New multi-party Parliament continue to sit and do nothing, while the suffering continues in camps in Northern and Eastern Uganda?  What do the MP's,  intend to do in order to aleviate the suffering of the people  of Uganda? is it business as usuall by this Ugandan MPs? why is it that so far we have not seen "fire" comming out the newly elected memebers of Uganda parliament?
