I agree. The latter should definitely go on if only to give Northern victims of both the NRM and LRA atrocitioes some peace of mind that someone, anyone cared. Arguing for granting total forgiveness/amnesty to Kony et al., Odama says on a BBC report that "Revenge should not be seen as justice." This dude is cooking empfuta and goat-meat in the same pot. No known culprit should get away with the murders of Acoli, be he/she a blue-blood Acoli.
