The Juba peace talk was wrongly proceeded. Firstly, the LRA-delegation was initially supposed to have been picked from keen individuals who wished to sail ashore a peace resolution.As it turned out, they started to sneak a transformation into an LRM fraternity ( started referring to themselves as "WE THE LRM"). Then came participation by the RWODI, ELDERS and religious leaders. What the hell do they have there to do?!? AND THEN KONY'S MOTHER. That was really low. They should have known better which roles to accept and which to turn down even if requested. This is a legal and constitutional matter which can not be relegated to local chiefs, elders and Konys mother. By accepting the roles they acted, it was like Uganda was saying "YOU SOLVE YOUR OWN DISASTER"!!!!! THE RWODI SHOULD RESORT TO THEIR REAL JURISDICTION. It was good that President Musseveni extended the negotiations to September. The members of the LRA-peace delegation need to establish themselves and their real positions within the LRA / LRM leader hierarchy needs be clearly articulated to give real weight and confidence.
