Kiyonga talks of stability enjoyed by Ugandans ? by that he means "stability" in Museveni's village of Nyakatu and Mbarara in Western Uganda.
Uganda political party can and should work for the country's interest, as Kiyonga has rightly pointed out. .. that implies speaking out more against Museveni's reign of terror for the past 20 years..and NOT praising the mass murderer of our people!
It implies speaking out against the regime and pointing out the rampant corruption under the NRM military dictatorship. the Mass herding of our peopple in the camps of Northern and Eastern Uganda. Speaking out about massive poverty in Uganda and economic disenfrancishment of our people. speaking aout about massive Unemployment..etc.

The Minister of Defence, Dr Crispus Kiyonga, has asked parties to work for the country's interests if they are to continue operating. "If parties fail to work for the interests of Uganda like stability, peace and development, we shall ban them," he said.
Kiyonga was speaking at the inauguration of Mbarara Daystar Cathedral of Pentecostal churches in Uganda on Sunday.
He said parties must be pro-Uganda so that the stability the country has enjoyed for the last 20 years leads to development.
Kiyonga advised the congregation to shun those who abuse President Yoweri Museveni on talkshows.
"What this country needs is political and economic stability which has led to the development of towns like Mbarara, Kasese, Gulu, Lira and others," he said.
Kiyonga dispelled the notion of his constituents who believe that Museveni
has been giving money to people in Ankole trash.
He said because of stability in the area (Ankole region), people have been able to rear cattle, grow bananas and other crops for sale.

Kasese has experienced the destabilisation of Allied Democratic Forces, a rebel group that has been operating in the Rwenzori region since 1996.
Kiyonga praised Bishop Ibrahim Nathan Turyamureeba for developing Kasese and having extended his church to Mbarara.
Turyamureeba owns Grace Cathedral and FM stations in Kasese town.
