Let's call a spade a spade - the LRA is done or has been done in. They can't control a territory of humans, have run out of potential abductees to replenish its forces, and Sudan has become a frying pan. Soon they will run out of park animals or the animals with run out of them...!

It is a long way to the first of April, come on!!
THE LRA CAN NOT FIGHT: THEY HAVE FAILED TO FIGHT. Perhaps they are not capable. That is why they turned the barrels to beast our innocent defenseless citizen. How have you figured out that they would get to Mbarara? Without fighting?!
And by the way, they also talk about replacing the movement regime with SOME DOOMSDAY PROPHETS .....( or whatever). And, should not the seat of the government be the first priority?
First, they should ensure that they are capable of fighting!!

The LRA has warned that Uganda's refusal to match its unilateral truce, its insistence that the rebels disarm and surrender, as well as its death threats to top commanders, were stymieing the talks.
"In order for the Juba negotiations to be meaningful
It apparently clear that the regime in kampala is not interested in the so called peace talks. Otherwise the regime would not be glooting over the said death of "rebel commanders" at the and of Governemnt troops. That sated , Kony should ended to war to other parts of Uganda..iin particluar to Nakabirwa village. It would be interesting to observe Nakabirawa 's people also interned in camps to "protect them form Kony".. why must only the people of Northern and Eastern Uganda suffer as a result of the 20 year all war.. Kony if you are listening send this your Guerilla warfare to Mbarara, Bushenyi and ruth Nakabirwa area in Kyadondo. let them also test what war is like!!!
