What goes around comes around. Shocking, though, to know the kidnapper fears being kidnapped. The international community protecting Otti...? yikes...!!
Otti said his major worry and that of his colleagues was the indictments and arrest warrants against them still hanging around their necks.
"I fear kidnap but if I am with my people I will defend myself if they (govt) are with a hidden agenda, but if they are willing to follow what we have agreed in the peace talks, then they will not do such a thing.
"If the international community brings a document announcing that they will protect me, then yes, I will accept but still my question is ICC."
