| Monday, 18 September 2006 A UPDF soldier has shot dead his wife in Gulu district.
Private Vincent Ochien of Echo battalion based at Lalogi Sub County , Omoro County gunned down his wife at 3am Sunday night.
Our Northern Correspondent says after killing the wife Ochien turned the gun and blew himself up with a bullet right through his head.
The motive is still a mystery but its suspected that Ochien suspected his wife to be running a love affair with another man. | |
