NO kidding!! Museveni and his supporters are now deploying spies to hunt "konny rebels" . Ed Kironde, and Noc , this could be an opportunity for you two to make extra quid!
The fact of the matter is that Paulo Kagame conspired with the British Imperalists , dictator Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, in 1994 to launch a war against
the then Rwanda President Juvenili Habyalimana . That war lead to the Massacre of 1,000,000 Tutsis.!
That the Interhamwe Hutus REACTED to an even The invasion of Rwanda) in the way they did , should not , according to logic, be balmed on Rwanda Hutus.
Of course British controlled Mass Media, as in the The British Broadcasting Corporation The BBC ), have been peddling imperalist propaganda in which the Hutus are entirely held responsible for the Massactre of Tustsis.
We are lead to believe , according to the BBC, that the hutus simply woke up one morning and decided to massacre Tutsis.
I , together with rational Thinking , Human Beings would like to think that Hutus can NOT simply wake up one morning and decide that today "we Must Masscare Tustis.
I , andmany oher citizens of the world tend to believe that
Something must have happen which lead the Hutus to behave the way they diid against tustis... ie Tustsi provacation of Hutus.
Do the Tutsis deserve what the got... well let as put it this way.. I , personnaly will not shade tears.... after all the tutsis massacred many of my people people in Northern Uganda...call it a case of poetic justice!!!

A meeting in Kigali of intelligence chiefs from 10 eastern African countries have resolved to arrest terrorist groups like the Lord's Resistance Army (LRA) and Hutu Interahamwe militias.
The third regional Counter Terrorism Conference which was held in Kigali on September 14 to 15, was opened by Rwandan President Paul Kagame. It resolved "to eliminate terrorism in all its forms and refrain from
supporting any identified terrorist individual or organisation."
The conference was attended by security chiefs from Rwanda, Sudan, Tanzania, Zambia, Egypt, Madagascar, the DR Congo, Burundi, Kenya and Uganda.
|
The Deputy Director General of External Security Organisation, Robert Masolo, represented Uganda.
The conference also adopted a five-year plan of action starting 2006, during which they intend to strengthen counter-terrorism cooperation, integrate technology in counter-terrorism efforts, ensure regional security and information exchange.
Under regional security, the spy chiefs agreed to harmonise regional cooperation and coordination among their countries' intelligence services.
