My personal take on this so called ICC attempt to presecute "konny" rebels is that why is it that the iCC decides to play a second fiddle to Dictator Yoweri Museveni 's Military dictatorship.? why is this ICC a hell belt on prosecuting "konny"  for alleged crimes "konny" is said to have committed against the people of Uganda ... and yet the true perpeturator of war crimes in Northern Uganda, as in Dictator Yoweri Museveni and his NRM military dictatorship  are left  untouched? I am persoanlly very suspicius of the ICC behaviour.. I believe the ICC has been hi-jacked rather suckered  by the British Imperalist and Yoweri Museveni Military dictatorship, such that the ICC now does the bidding of the Imperalist and dictator Yoweri Museveni. If that is indeed the case, the ICC is doomed to fail period. They are not going to arrest as much as a fly off the wall!! Indeed that the ICC could be duped  and suckered to do Museveni's bidding, is no doubt a clear evidence that Mr. Merino Ocapa has no brain power!!

Indeed, somehow, the ICC  has been lead to believe that arresting "konny" will end the wars in Northern Uganda..what fools!! You arrest Konny, another Konny will take over where the previous "konny" left ...

To stop the wars in Northern Uganda, you need to address the issue of  the common denominator , .. the man responsible for creating wars in the Great Lakes Region of Africa.. and that man is Dictator Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.  If you cannot do that, It must be blantly pointed out to you, that you are simply wasting your time..

"It is critically important that the ICC gets convictions under its belt," said Nicholas Grono of the International Crisis Group," If it is continuously trumped by peace processes it will never have a deterrent effect."
Amnesty International's senior legal adviser, Christopher Keith Hall, said it was extremely disturbing that the LRA leaders had not yet been arrested and that the ICC needed more policing power.
"We urge the prosecution to press the United Nations and other international government organisations to establish law enforcement teams," he said.
On September 15, the ICC ordered an urgent report into Uganda's efforts to arrest and hand over LRA leaders, stressing that the arrest of LRA leader Joseph Kony and his deputies was vital for their effective prosecution and the prevention of further crimes."
