Army Commander, halt rot in military health units

SIR - I appeal on my own
behalf and that of other UPDF soldiers to the Army Commander Afende Aronda Nyakairima that he should open his eyes to the gruff at Mbuya military hospital. We, soldiers are not getting any medication yet there is government monthly allocation in place. Where is the procurement of these medicines heading?
Mbuya military hospital is well known to all sick soldiers, particularly when one is being transferred from one of the ill equipped army health units in the country, yet unknown to these soldiers is the fact that the only medication they receive are aspirins, septrin and other sleep inducing medicines. It is an open secret that medicine is being transferred to private clinics across Kampala.
Notorious for this practice is one well known WOII, who always wears dark glasses.
Other rouge elements are those that test blood for HIV, these thugs take so much blood without the sick soldiers being notified of the results or outcome of the tests. It is also common practice that where blood is found to be negative, it is sold off to the various clinics around the city, when one inquires; one is told that the samples disappeared and require more blood to be drawn.
How does Affende expect us to fight and defeat LRA when we have no medical treatment for our injuries on the battle
field?
I appeal to Aronda to do something about the corruption plague that is eating Mbuya.
