"Defence Minister Chrispus Kiyonga said Friday Kampala formally protested to
the world body about its inclusion in the report by UN experts charged with
monitoring compliance with the oft-violated 1992 embargo.
"Uganda has not deployed any troops to Somalia (and) will now formally
protest to the UN about this serious, negative and false report on our
country," Kiyonga told reporters in Kampala"
So now citizens, Mbabazi is busy telling us that mbhu it was Incumbent that
the UPDF deployed troops in Somalia...meanwhile Minister Kinyongo is telling us
another story..mbhu thath there are NO UPDF troops in Somalia...!! which
statement then represents the facts? kinyongo's or Mbabazi's?
