Let me help you before you pump your political sermon on my posting. The French
need President Kagame and seriously, for on the documents I have read the
French as signatories of the 1998 Rome Treaty are asking the ICC to indict
Kagame, so they are under no illusion in doing what they are doing. They are
hunting him way passed the French laws. Which makes me wonder that if Museveni
directed Kagame and The French are after Kagame today, what makes Museveni safe
under this investigation?
Rufagari is has taken me 20 stupid years to see this happening so it is cruelly
very personal, answer me with some intelligence.
