It really seems like the mask has fallen from Kagame. He had been with Museveni and one of their favorite methods is causing mayhem in an area and then turning around the corner to rescue the people. From what? Put it succinctly, they started the genocide when they were ready to overpower every other forces. It is not the French but more of people with the knowledge and methodology to investigate events that is of interest to them. Onegi
