So, there is nothing "defeat" in that UPC territory. What raised my curiosity was the death of Charles Awany, a UPC mobilizer! That is what all UPC members should be paying attention to. Was he deliberately killed for maintaining UPC hold in Oyam South? Such are questions UPC stalwarts should be asking instead of you diverting attention to rather useless discussion! Come on now. Vukoni even stopped being "generous" and hard hitted to drive the message home!
