This is a follow-up on the FAX number et al, like the joke on LUO.
I did ask you about the "FAX" you alluded to to send me your clarification on
the LUO joke and requested you post that FAX NUMBER to the forum so members can
see. You went dead. A couple of weeks ago you talked of bi-elections in Uganda
being attacked, and lamented why carry election in the country then. This was
in the case of Oyam South bi-election election in which MP Isaac Otto, a UPC,
was elected, defeating all other oponents; I asked you who attacked the
bi-election of Oyam South, again you went dead.
Now let me add some more questions. Its of course a public knowledge that you
are a UPC diehard. But considering the level of lies emanating from you, I am
wondering whether you have been working to promote UPC as it would appear, or
work to kill it. My question then is, Mulindwa, have you been working to
promote the UPC or work to kill it?
Your answers to all these would be much appreciated.

This posting you made to various list groups, popped into my mailbox. I
remember reading this joke a while back; there was nothing "LUO" about it,
meaning a "LUO" was not a member.
My question to you is, as it appears you posted it and "Original", how did a
"LUO" finally become one of the members that the joke are being made about?
If it is you who inserted "LUO" in there would you care to explain the reason
behind it?

An American, a Japanese, and a Luo were sitting naked in the sauna.

A few minutes later a phone rings. The Japanese lifts his palm to his
ear.
When he finishes he explains, "That's my mobile phone. I have a
microchip
in my hand."
The Luo, feeling decidedly low-tech but not to be outdone, decided he
had
to do something just as impressive.
He steps out of the sauna and goes to the toilet. He returns with a
piece
of Toilet paper hanging from his butt.
The others raised their eyebrows and said, "Wow!
What's that?"
"I'm receiving a Fax," he explains
