Heritage Oil and Gas, was registered here in Toronto rather than in Britain. It is owned by Baroness Linda Chalker of the British House of Lords.
Linda Chalker is the Nyampara of most African minions, Museveni, Obasanjo, Kibaki etc...... Like Tiny Rowland (in whose jet, NRA rebel leader m7 used to fly) this Chalker is plundering every African resource. The soldiers of UPDF are dying while protecting the interests of Africa's enemies. Like in Cameroon where they own zero loyalty in the oilfields, so is Uganda !! Uganda has no equity/stake in the oil. The oil belongs to Chalker and Museveni. Otherwise, where is the agreement between Uganda and Heritage Oil or Tullow? We blacks/Ugandans are not even allowed to step where they are exploring. Only Museveni and maybe Bukenya are allowed there. It is high time we Ugandans woke up !! =====================================
