Subject: Mutebi a bastard

Recently I quarreled with someone who reffered to Mutebi as a bastard. But after
his explanation i cooled down.

It seems some many people, even those who claim to be special Baganda are not
aware that the mother of mutebi was not the official wife of king Mutesa. She
was the sister of the official wife and so since he is a child out of a wedlock
in english language he is reffered to as a bastard.
His mother was studying in Italy at the time Mutesa was exiled in UK in
1950's.At that time Ochieng was also studying in Italy. She used to visit Mutesa
in Uk while meeting Ochieng in Italy. It is likely that Ochieng scored first in
Italy before her going to UK for extra shooting.

Facts are at times bitter but such is life.

The discussion is not about a problem with having a Muganda girl friend but
the fascination between Baganda and Acholis. And it is very wrong for you to
use a term problem as it was a problem for Abbey Ssemuwemba using a term dis
respect. May be you people are simply too up tight for this discussion !!

    Just wondering.

for the Buganda royal womenfolk?

I have seen ladies from East Africa (Uganda) date and marry West
African (among others) So what is the big deal about Some Mucholi having a
Muganda girl friend?

Several times, the Acholi culture is praised to have had a supreme
influence on the Buganda culture,( on this forum) through the synonymous names
shared by the two cultures. This could mean that the royal house in Buganda had
some reasonable intimacy with the Acholi people ,socially and yet precisely,
sexually. Now Ronald Mutebi who does not look like the Hima/Tutsi- looking
father, Sir Edward Mutesa is believed to have been fathered by an Acholi, Daudi
Ocheng. Also, Mutebi's wife is said to have had her first child with an Acholi
boyfriend. Are the Acholi sexual conspirators to the royal house of Buganda or
they are just good lovers?

Can anyone out there ask themselves the possible combinational
probabilities of the genes so much that one may resemble a great ,great, grand
father or mother exactly when the father or mother looks different?

Are the Acholi's of all the people in Uganda ,trying to claim the royal
house of Buganda through rumors and the fact that the gene pool actions may be
ubiquitous? Or we should simply take it that the Acholi men are great lovers.
I wonder.
King R M. Mutebi may in fact not necessarily be a Mucholi but a real
Muganda. Or Mukiga /Munyankole as these people used to work in Buganda a lot.
