Dear all,
As we speak about BILO aka DIDIER BUZIZI.I would like you to remind you
that BILO is from a good family.When I moved to Canada early on I remember very
well while sitting with some very good rwandans friends and having a chat with
a drink and someone came around and said to US that BUZIZI has passed away.I
saw guys crying.They she tears right there.Never in my life I have ever seen
mens expresss sorrows like that the day.I have never met Mr Buzizi during his
lifetime.But definitely he was the most honored man in this community.
Subsquentely years after I became elected the President of the RPF in
Montreal.Just after ater attending a couples meeting.But this was SHARANGABO
RUFAGARI.No one could resist his charisma.Everyone had read about him.So they
had to give the chair.
BILO mother she is a very wonderful lady.And I mean it litteraly.Even the
Great AFANDE when he looks at her his eyes clinches.So beautiful from the eyes
and heart.
Bilo was then I think fourteen.He was a young Kid.A very polite young
man.Her mother introduce him to me as the New leader of the RPF in Montreal.The
kid was so excited.
I did again meet BILO in OTTAWA when the Rwandan community was recognizing
the youths who had performed well in Canada and were bringing the Rwanda names
to be known positively in this country.
To blame on BILO for what happened.One will have to look on himself.As
soon as yesterday I learned that Maxime RUSHEMEZA was a HUTU.Thus BILO know how
to distinguish a HUTU and a TUTSI,I sincerely doubt about it.BILO was born in
CANADA.
It is possible that guys like Sharangabo RUFAGARI may have ignite
something wrong in the spirit of that young man by sometimes my incendiaries
writing.
I beg from you Feu MAXIME RUSHEMEZA and DIDIER BUZIZI to forgive me from
deep my heart.
