Note: It is highly recommended that you research the below information for
yourself in order to come to your own conclusions. Until then all stated facts
will be considered as ALLEGED and SUPPOSED.

To end the American Revolution, King George III as he authorized the United
States to exist in the Treaty of Paris in 1783, retained title over the Holy
Roman Empire and the United States of America as Arch-Treasurer and Prince
Elector. The Holy Roman Empire is explicitly mentioned as the treatys
authority to allow the U.S. to exist. This is consistent with the "biblical"
BEAST Powers. The United States remains within the Roman Empire.
The Secretary of the Treasury issue Social Security Cards. The Secretary of
the Treasury is NOT an officer of the U.S. Government, he is the Arch-Treasurer
of the Holy Roman Empire, just like the treaty says. There has been several
ways tried to order a copy of the Secretary of the Treasurys oath of office,
including two (2) Freedom of Information Act requests but it doesnt seem to
exist. Congressmen couldnt seem to find it either. The National Archives
couldnt get a copy of Alexander Hamiltons oath of office, nor did they find
it in their index. In Title 31, U.S. Code there is a list of all the agencies
and authorities subordinate to the Department of the Treasury. The I.R.S. is
NOT on the list. There are two (2) Treasury Departments. The Treasury that has
the I.R.S. is "Foreign". Just like the treaty says.
In 1933, during the great depression, the U.S. government was threatened by
financial emergencies that threatened legitimate constitutional duties. When
the government declared bankruptcy on March 4, 1933, it was under the control
of a receivership for its creditors. Federal Lands were already mortgaged, so
the Federal Government had to secure more collateral as surety on the countrys
debts. The only assets remaining were the labor of Federal People. The U.S.
government now uses the LABOR of its numbered people to secure its debts
(meaning NEGROS and all other "Psyched Out" People with Social Security
Numbers). To secure the pledge to the Creditors, the U.S. has a duty to manage
and protect these ASSETS (which is YOU Black Man/Woman/Child) and reinforce
their obligations to pay their fair share.
On March 9 1933, domestic transactions were removed from the exclusions of
the 1917 "Trading with the Enemy" Act (40 Stat. L. 411, Subdivision b of
section 5). Trading with the Enemy is always illegal. Prior to March 9, 1933
domestic transactions were always legal. After March 9, 1933, all domestic
