That was my very reasoning a couple of days ago, but you will be surprised that 
Raila Odinga does not want a recount, he does not want a through review, he 
does not want a re election, he does not want to forward such good arguments to 
the Kenyan courts. All he wants and the only option he is giving out is to be 
sworn into power.

  If there is  voter turnout that exceeds the number of registered voters, I 
will suggest thorough reviews and cross checks in those particular 
circumstances and not rule out new elections. With a close and emotionally 
charged presidential election such as Kenya 2007, legitimacy is paramount. I 
believe ghosts and unregistered people cannot vote.
