No not at all but I wonder and question, the value of assassinating an ODM
Member of parliament to the Kenyan government. I wonder also and would like to
know the position of this Member of parliament on the Kenyan impasse. And such
information is only available to ODM party. As the past assassinations that
have happened in Kenya, I will love to see what the investigative authorities
come up with, it might be very intriguing.
Like I said watch this saga it is just beginning.

Thanks for the input, I left for bed with out a confirmation. Now let me
caution you that Raila Odinga is a very power hungry man in the class of
Museveni or Savimbi or Kabira. All these men decided to fight all their entire
lives, to become a head of state, till Kabira and Savimbi were assassinated,
that I will not be shocked if this member of parliament was shot by ODM to tilt
this impasse and pour some more fuel on it. These are people that will go an
extra mile to make it to state house. You remember how Ugandans were being
murdered by NRA to tarnish the UPC government? This might be a mathematical
calculation to put a bad name on the government, for when you look at it
critically, how does the murder of an opposition help the government case?
Keep your eyes on Kenya this is only starting.

Embakasi Member of Parliament Mellitus Mugabe Were was on Monday night
shot by dead gangsters.
Two gangsters are said to have accosted the newly elected legislator at
the gate of his Woodley residence shortly after midnight before shooting him on
the head.
He died at the Nairobi hospital where family members had rushed him for
treatment.
Confirming the incident, police spokesman Eric Kiraithe said police are
investigating the incident.
" This morning at about 12:30 (00:30) in the morning, police at Kilimani
police station received a report that Hon. Mellitus Were arrive at his gate
from an unknown destination and ran the bell, as a member of his family was
proceeding to the gate to open for him, he heard gunshots outside the gate.
When he managed to open the gate, he found the late MP lying by the car with
gunshots wound," said Kiraithe.
He appealed for calm and called on anyone with information to volunteer
it to the police.
" Initial investigations indicate this was a case of murder. We appeal to
any person who has any information or other assistance, which can facilitate a
speedy, professional and transparent investigation to partner with the police
to ensure that the criminals who carried out this murder are brought to book."
He added.
Elsewhere, police were Tuesday morning forced to fire tear gas and live
bullets to disperse a crowd of about 100 opposition supporters who had gathered
in Kisumu in a show of anger over the Killing of Embakasi MP Mellitus Mugabe
